Comments:
The "note" and the "extra" is a bit random, why not try to put the star below the number "3" so that we know there is something to take note, rather than putting it below. I think you should differentiate the "extra" and the "note". Which is more important? Maybe you can move the "extra" to down there, since got a lot of space.
And, your words, "Add the listed ingredient" I got confused and started looking where is the ingredient, why not use back the same like in the first one? "Add this" so that I know is the ingredient below.
Other than that, I think is ok, nice pancake haha.
